Karambit knife, probably not the most practical knife. But damn does it look cool. Coming to you with thousands of possible variants to dynamically unbox in this asset. You are GUARANTEED to be unique compared to anyone else who has the same prefab.

The main point of this asset is that you can unbox completely unique knife skins, randomly generated from 4 main factors.

• Knife blade
• Handle
• Special effects
• Hueshift

It will even create a name for your knife, with a custom name shader that inherits the properties the knife displays.

Full save and load system built into the prefab.

Like a skin you unboxed? save it, never lose it.

You have up to 4 save slots to use and save cool skins into, so you can keep opening boxes without worrying about losing a cool skin you like.

Saving and loading as well as the current used skins are all fully synced, anyone looking at your knife will see the exact same thing you see at all times, no desyncing.

Several rarer special effects can be applied on top of the existing knife and blades.

• Epic (purple outline)
• Legendary (Golden outline)
• Electric (electric effect on and hovering over the blade (can hueshift))
• Galactic (wavey space pattern with glitter (can hueshift))
• Fiery (Fire effect on the blade (can hueshift))
• Stat-Track
  • World position coordinatees
  • Time in lobby
  • FPS
  • All at the same time (each stat track can also apply to most of the other rare effects)
• Gloomy (adds a black cloudy pattern on top of the blade)

Some rarer than others, but all dynamic and most are hueshiftable.

Additionally, the name text will inherit properties from special effect as well as the hue color.

• You can wield the asset in either hand and swap between at any time.
• Spin the knife on your index finger or thumb.
• Swap between reverse and regular grip easily, and drop it in the world.
• Spawn a box, click the red button and roll a COMPLETELY random knife. 4 main factors are randomized:
  • 22 Unique blades.
  • 16 Unique handles.
  • 7 Different "unusual" effects that can be applied rarely on top.
  • Full hueshift on a majority of the designs with a rare chance of white/greyscaled hue.
  • (This means thousands of unique outcomes are possible).
• Full save and load system:
  • Save up to 4 knife skins you like, the save system is persistent and will remember your saves UNLESS you reset your avatar or remove the asset from the avatar.
• Different sound effects play depending on what kind of rare stuff you unbox.
• Full settings menu that include QoL toggles that can enable and disable various features depending on how you want to use the prefab.
• Desktop controls that help with putting the knife in either hand without having to use your hands.
• Showcase button that floats the knife smoothly in the air in front of you and displays the name and skin. Great for showing off to your friends.

Bonus simple version of the prefab included!

• A stripped down version of the prefab that only includes the karambit, without unboxing stuff.
  • Good if you don't care about the randomization stuff, and only want to mess around with the knife
• Only uses 1 layer, and 5 synced parameters.
• Installation works identically to the main asset.

You must use one of the newer VRC SDK's which can only be downloaded through VCC, otherwise you are more than likely to encounter issues.

🟢 YOU CAN:

• Use the asset for personal use and projects, modify and edit it as you see fit.
• Stream/make video content with the asset, credit is not needed, but greatly appreciated.
• Make public avatars with the asset.
• Commission/take commissions for putting the asset on an avatar (provided BOTH parties own the asset)
• Use it for a commercial avatar IF you set it up and export without the assets files (you have to delete the folder), then direct your customers to the exact page to buy it. You are under no circumstances allowed to include the files for the asset in your own export. Your store page must be pretty clear about that to avoid confusion as well.

🔴 YOU CANNOT:

• Share any of the files to anyone who does not own the asset.
• Include the files on a purchasable/free avatar.
• Complain that the asset broke your project, I always recommend you make backups before importing new things.
